Fun for the whole family! Fall festival activities include wagon rides, giant slides, pedal carts, moon bounces, a corn bin, kiddie zip line, spider web crawl, inflatable tree house slide, and kiddie hay maze. Pony rides and camel rides are available for an additional fee. Included in admission is a free small pumpkin from the farm market and a fresh apple and juice snack. New this year, in addition to the petting & feeding barn, is a giant inflatable jumping pillow coming in late September. Live entertainment is featured on weekends, along with free professional face painting. Halloween costume contests and trick or treating will take place on October 28th and 29th. Admission to the Pumpkin Village Fall Festival is $14.95 for adults/$11.95 for children and seniors on weekdays and $16.95 for adults/$13.95 for children and seniors on Prime weekends and Columbus Day.

The Purcellville Volunteer Fire Company in conjunction with Purcellville Volunteer Rescue Squad will host its annual open house on Saturday October 13, 2018 from Noon to 4:00 pm. All residents are invited to partake in the following activities: Get a photo with Sparky the Fire dog, practice Stop, Drop, and Roll ride on a Fire truck, Be a Firefighter Photo Booth, Smoke House and 911 Simulations, learn how to use a Fire Extinguisher, proper care & maintenance of smoke alarms, PVFC supporter merchandise for sale. Visit with one of LCFR Bomb Technician's and his arson dog. Residents can also tour the Purcellville Safety Center. We will also have the following live action demonstrations a Vehicle Extrication, helicopter landing, and the Ladder Truck Challenge.
