More… The Town of Purcellville Arts Council is sponsoring the Arts in the Garden feature at the Purcellville Wine & Food Festival on Saturday, July 22, 2023. The goal is to have local artists demonstrating en plein air for the duration of the festival. Because the artists are not considered to be a vendor selling wares, there is no vendor fee. Artists may bring up to four pieces of his/ her art to display while they are demonstrating. The Purcellville Arts Council would like to have four artists per 2-hour block from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. The festival is outside and participating artists will be responsible for bringing all of the supplies they will need (including materials, table, chair, or tent).
