Properties outside the corporate limits AND within the Joint Land Management Area (JLMA) may be eligible for annexation in accordance with the adopted annexation guidelines and the Purcellville Urban Growth Area Management Plan. At this time, parcels which are not included in the JLMA are not eligible for annexation; however, Loudoun County and the Town of Purcellville are in the process of rescinding the previous agreements governing annexation.
