News Release - Police Report

PURCELLVILLE, Va. November 9, 2018 - 

 

11/1/2018 – 12:59 p.m. 300 Blk. Loudoun Valley Dr. Larceny

Victim reported that several rings were taken from residence sometime within the past year.


11/2/2018 – 10:38 a.m. 600 Blk. Dominion Ter. Trespassing / DUI

Police were contacted for a person on the property who had been forbidden to be there. Upon further investigation police determined that the person had also driven to the location intoxicated. Robert Joseph Frankel Jr., 37 year old male of Purcellville was arrested for trespassing and driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Loudoun County Jail and held.


11/2/2018 – 3:18 p.m. 900 Blk. Devonshire Cir. Larceny

Building materials were stolen from a jobsite overnight. Case is under investigation.


11/2/2018 – 5:47 p.m. 500 Blk. S. Nursery Ave Larceny

Victim reported that sometime between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. someone stole a Democratic candidate campaign sign from their front yard.


11/3/2018 – 3:20 p.m. 500 Blk. S. Maple Ave Larceny

Victim reported that sometime between midnight and 7:00 a.m. 2 Democratic candidate campaign signs were stolen from their front yard.

 

11/3/2018 – 8:43 p.m. 400 Blk. S. Maple Ave. Larceny

Victim reported that sometime between midnight and 7:00 a.m., 30 Democratic candidate campaign signs were stolen from multiple yards along the street.


11/3/2018 – 6:28 p.m. 100 Blk. Purcellville Gateway Dr. Larceny 

Victim reported that she and a friend were travelling together and got into an argument. Friend took her phone, keys, and several other items from her. Upon police arrival all items were returned.


11/6/2018 6:44 a.m. 100 Blk. W. Main St Trespassing

Police were contacted for a person on the property who had been forbidden to be there. Micah J. Montgomery, 22 year old male was arrested for trespassing. He was transported to the Loudoun County Jail and held.


11/7/2018 – 8:24 a.m. 200 Blk. Brewster Ln. Assist Other Agency

Police were contacted to assist LCSO with an investigation.


11/7/2018 – 9:00 p.m. 900 Blk. Devonshire Cir. Sexual Assault

Police were contacted to assist EMS with an unconscious person. During the investigation it is suspected that a possible sexual assault occurred. Victim and suspect are known to each other. LCSO is investigating.
