A homeowner reported that on two occasions between December 6th and December 7th, someone cut the wires on her outdoor Christmas light display. The investigating officer also discovered that two other homes on the block had been similarly victimized. Ring camera video was located and residents are urged to be on the lookout for the following suspect:
