PURCELLVILLE, Va. January 3, 2022 —
With the potential for inclement weather, the December water bill due date has been extended one day until Tuesday, January 4, 2022. The Town Hall office is currently closed to visitors due to Covid-19 through January 14, 2022.
Payments options include:
- Convenient Drop Box:
24-hour payment drop box located on the wall of the Town Office building at 221 South Nursery Avenue (J Street parking lot). Payments placed in the Town’s drop box before 8 am on the day following the due date (by 8 am Wed. Jan 5th) will be accepted as timely and will not be subject to late penalties.
- On-line and phone payments:
Credit card or electronic check payments can be made through our service partner Official Payments for a nominal convenience fee. You can find additional information and the link to pay at https://purcellvilleva.gov/payments.

Payment must be made on or before Tuesday, January 4th to avoid penalties.
- Pay by Mail:
Use the address listed above to pay by mail. Payments postmarked by the US Mail on
or before Tuesday, January 4th will be accepted as timely and will not be subject to late penalties.
