PURCELLVILLE, Va., June 4, 2020 — On June 2, 2020, Governor Ralph Northam issued Executive Order 65 allowing parts of Virginia to enter Phase 2 of reopening on June 5, 2020, under specific guidelines. However, Order 65 also states the Northern Virginia Region, including Purcellville, will still remain in Phase 1 of reopening, under current operation guidelines from Executive Order 61, until additional health data metrics can be met. In addition, the wearing of face coverings inside public buildings directed in Executive Order 63 is still in effect. Please refer to the full text of each order for questions.
