RECENT RELATED INCIDENTS FOR AWARENESS
PURCELLVILLE, Va. February 27, 2020 — The Purcellville Police Department would like to make the public aware of a few recent incidents within Town regarding encounters with an emotionally disturbed person. Over the past few days, an individual’s erratic behavior was causing some concern among Town residents, who then contacted police. The individual has been identified by police, and officers were able to locate and contact his family, updating them on the situation. Today, the male subject was taken by police to been seen by mental health specialists to receive the appropriate services.
