PURCELLVILLE, Va. November 15, 2019 — This week, the Town of Purcellville became aware work would begin Monday, November 18 on the Jackson’s Run residential development, located west of the A Street/Silcott Springs roundabout, outside of the Town of Purcellville’s corporate limits.  This development, approved by Loudoun County September 27, 2019, will have a gross density of one house per three acres. Town utilities are not being extended to this property.

The contractor will be installing a construction entrance, adjoining the A Street/Silcott Springs roundabout.  This entrance will become the fourth leg of the roundabout. All costs associated with the construction of this connection to the roundabout are borne by the developer of the subdivision.  No street closures are anticipated during this period; however, there may be intermittent impacts to traffic.

As this project is under the jurisdiction of Loudoun County.  All inquiries should be directed to Loudoun County Building and Development, 703-777-0220.
