[ARCHIVED] News Release - Town of Purcellville Holds Annual Awards Program

PURCELLVILLE, VA JUNE 13, 2019— On Wednesday, May 29, 2019, the Town of Purcellville held the Annual Employee Appreciation and Awards Luncheon to celebrate staff for their hard work, exceptional service and consummate dedication to the community.


One of the highlights of the program is the recognition of staff members who have reached service anniversary milestones. This year, the Town recognized thirteen employees with benchmark anniversaries. These included:


5 Years

Stacie Alter, Water Compliance Officer

Christa Kermode, Administrative Assistant/Records Manager Police Dept.

Ryan McGann, Police Officer

15 Years

Terry Andrews, Class I Water Operator

Andrea Broshkevitch, Engineering Assistant

Mitch Krippner, Maintenance Technician

Rob Wagner, Police Sergeant

20 Years

Hooper McCann, Director of Administration

Michael Owens, Police Acting Lieutenant

25 Years

JC Poston, Utility Maintenance Technician


In addition, the Town has three distinctive individual awards which recognize staff members who have demonstrated exemplary overall performance and commitment to excellence in their role with the Town.
