PURCELLVILLE, Va. December 21, 2018—Paving on 21st and 23rd Streets has been completed, and the Town of Purcellville has installed temporary crosswalks. Decorative, completed crosswalks will be installed in the spring when the outside weather temperatures are warmer and allow for installation.
Local residents are encouraged to use the current temporary crosswalks at the designated locations marked by markings and signage when crossing 21st and 23rd Streets until the completed crosswalks are installed.
