[ARCHIVED] News Release - Police Chief Reinstated and on Administrative Leave

PURCELLVILLE, Va. November 24, 2017 —  The Town of Purcellville has reversed the termination action for Chief Cindy McAlister and placed her back on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the audit of the original investigation. 

Lieutenant Joseph Schroeck will remain as Acting Chief of Police until further notice.
