Purcellville Volunteer Fire Company
Fire response is provided by the Purcellville Volunteer Fire Company 2. PVFC is a non-profit organization established to provide a variety of fire and other emergency services to the Town of Purcellville and surrounding area. They currently operate as a combination organization within the Loudoun County Fire, Rescue and Emergency Management system with 120+ volunteer members and 9 career firefighters. Both men and women, between the ages of 16 and 60, staff our trucks, provide administrative support, and offer a variety of emergency services to the community.

Purcellville Volunteer Rescue Squad
The Purcellville Volunteer Rescue Squad provides emergency medical services and rescue response for Purcellville and the surrounding communities. PVRS is a 100% volunteer organization that operates 24/7, 365 days a year and runs approximately 2,500 calls per year.

Loudoun County Fire and Rescue
The Loudoun County Department of Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Services represents a combined effort of volunteers and career employees who respond to emergency incidents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Their goal is to provide the highest level of efficient and professional emergency fire and rescue service possible. They operate from 20 stations, providing a full range of emergency response to the citizens of Loudoun County and the seven incorporated Towns.
